1. Introduction

hajz.ae ("the Platform") is an online appointment booking service operated by BRev Digital, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

hajz.ae provides a platform that connects customers ("Users") with service providers ("Businesses") including but not limited to medical centers, salons, spas, and consulting firms. The Platform facilitates online appointment booking and does not itself provide any medical, beauty, or professional services.

3. Booking Terms

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through hajz.ae are subject to confirmation by the respective Business. A booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Businesses reserve the right to accept, reject, or reschedule any booking at their discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including name, phone number, and any other required details. Providing false information may result in cancellation of the booking and suspension from the Platform.

3.3 Pricing

Service prices displayed on hajz.ae are provided by the respective Business and are indicative. Final pricing may vary based on actual services rendered, insurance coverage, or promotions offered by the Business. hajz.ae is not responsible for pricing disputes between Users and Businesses.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 User Cancellations

Users may cancel or reschedule bookings subject to the individual Business's cancellation policy. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in:

  • Restriction from booking with the specific Business
  • Requirement to pay a deposit for future bookings
  • Temporary or permanent suspension from the Platform

4.2 Business Cancellations

Businesses may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies, staff unavailability, or technical issues. Users will be notified via WhatsApp or phone in such cases. hajz.ae is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense resulting from a Business-initiated cancellation.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time for your appointment. Most Businesses have a grace period of 10-15 minutes, after which the appointment may be forfeited.
  • Inform the Business of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the appointment.
  • Treat Business staff with respect and courtesy.
  • Make payment directly to the Business as per their payment terms.

6. Business Responsibilities

Businesses listed on hajz.ae are independent entities. They are solely responsible for:

  • The quality and safety of services provided
  • Compliance with UAE federal and local regulations, including licensing requirements
  • Accuracy of their service descriptions, pricing, and availability
  • Professional conduct and customer service

7. Limitation of Liability

hajz.ae acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not:

  • Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Businesses
  • Endorse or recommend any particular Business or service
  • Accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from services booked through the Platform
  • Guarantee the availability of services at any given time

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, hajz.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on hajz.ae, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of BRev Digital and is protected by applicable UAE intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Modifications

hajz.ae reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
